🚫 No Returns or Refunds
All orders within the United States are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for:

✅ Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Submit clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we will assist you.
